How to remove Ivy from your house

Ivy, can cause a lot of damage to your home despite the desirable look when it is green, after the; water damage, pest, and weathering caused. It can be very hard to remove and can cause even more damage to your home if it is removed without the proper methods. Here at Burke Painting serving San Diego and La Jolla, our Painters use torches to remove the aerial roots without ripping off; paint, wood, or stucco or leaving any old aerial roots to be painted. After the Ivy is removed we follow by pressure washing and priming and painting with two coats and back rolling.
